HTPS Gala

The HTPS Tree of Life gala was a resounding success, bringing the community together for an unforgettable evening. The students’ performance of traditional Russian songs was a highlight, their voices beautifully capturing the rich heritage of our culture. Guests were treated to a delicious multi-course meal, each dish a testament to the culinary skills of our dedicated team of chefs. The night culminated in a loud and fun live auction, where spirited bidding wars added excitement and contributed significantly to our fundraising efforts. Our generous guests donated items to the auction over and over until the amount of live-auction items were more than doubled.

Thanks to everyone’s participation, we surpassed our expectations of the night, ensuring that HTPS can continue to provide affordable, high-quality education for our families.

The Salt & Light gala was held in a large beautiful barn surrounded by farmland and plant nurseries. The inevitable Oregon weather did not dampen our guests spirits as they enjoyed a multi course meal catered to be as visually stunning as it was a visceral experience for the tastebuds. Laughter and cheering rang in the halls as an auctioneer expertly navigated the guests through exciting auction item after auction item. Guests then gave their full undivided attention to the students of HTPS who, in their traditional Russian attire, serenaded them with a song written in their native language.

Our guest went home that night feeling well wined and dined, knowing their generosity was going to a great worthy cause.

The first HTPS gala could only have been described as utterly magical. Guests drove through farmlands and in between fields until they came upon a beautiful tall building surrounded by trees. They stepped out of their vehicles and into a glamorous oasis amidts the Oregon berry farms. Walking across a bridge over a glimmering moat, guests then enjoyed unobstructed views of the setting sun as they feasted upon a farm to table meal catered by a world class chef.

Every singly detail of the night was carefully curated to be an experience the guests would never forget.
