1. What is the purpose of the gala fundraising event?
Our gala fundraising event aims to generate financial support for Holy Trinity Private school by lowering student tuition fees. The event brings together supporters, donors, and sponsors to make a positive impact on the students’ lives.

2. What’s included in the event ticket?
The gala fundraising event ticket offers access to a cocktail hour, dinner, and entertainment. Guests can enjoy handcrafted drinks and catering during the cocktail hour and a gourmet multi-course meal during the dinner portion. The evening also features the beautiful voices of Russian singers for an unforgettable experience.

3. Can I donate or sponsor even if I can’t attend the event?
Yes, donations and sponsorships are accepted and greatly appreciated. Your contribution supports our fundraising goal and helps lower tuition. Parents and students are volunteering their time to make the event amazing and every sponsorship and/or donation, no matter how small, significantly impacts the lives of HTPS students and families. Thank you for supporting!

4. If I purchase a ticket and/or sponsorship package, is it a tax deduction towards my business?
Yes, tickets and sponsorship packages for gala fundraising events are tax-deductible for businesses as a charitable contribution. A receipt or acknowledgment will be emailed to you to keep for your records. 

5. How much much of my purchase is tax-deductable?

A portion of Gala event purchases may be deductible as a charitable donation. Generally, IRS allows for donors who purchase items at a charity auction may claim a charitable contribution deduction for the excess of the purchase price paid for an item over its fair market value…For example, market value of dinner seats is estimated at $100 per seat; therefore $400 of the $500 purchase price maybe deductible. (Values of auction items will be shown/listed on the night of event). 6. How many tickets do I need to purchase to reserve a private table?
Individuals or organizations need to purchase at least 10 tickets to reserve a private table for them and their group. Additional tickets after 10, require a special request, but keep in mind the aize of the tables will only comfortably hold a maximum of 10 people.

7. Are there any restrictions or rules for the event, such as age limits or behavior guidelines?
Guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages during the cocktail hour and dinner, but there are no age limits for the event. We ask guests to behave responsibly and follow guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening.

8. Is there a dress code or specific clothing requirements?
We ask that guests dress in formal attire. This is a special occasion, and we want all guests to feel comfortable and elegant.

We do not have any specific clothing requirements beyond the formal dress code, we encourage guests to use their own judgment and dress appropriately for the occasion. Overall, we want our guests to enjoy a sophisticated and stylish evening.
